Great Mexican Food and Atmosphere on Strip!!

Being born and raised in Southern California, I was literally brought up on Mexican food. It is for sure my favorite of all foods. Basically, I'm always looking for new and great Mexican restaurants! (more on the authentic side). Well there is a new favorite in town, Cabo Wabo at Planet Hollywood smack in the middle of the strip. With half of the venue outside on the strip, its fantastic for the warmer season for a great night or even day scene. Great food, great drinks, great service and great atmosphere. My favorite the chicken fajitas with a side of fresh guacamole and the fresh fish tacos.

Shopping, Shopping, Shopping!! where too in Vegas...

Las Vegas is known for many things and shopping is definitely one of them. With every designer from all over the world having a "spot" on the strip it makes for a fashion frenzy! Having said that there are also many "one of a kind" boutiques, department stores and regular chain stores as well.

Glow In The Dark Indoor Mini Golf!!

Yes! You heard me right.. Glow in the dark indoor mini golf right here in Las Vegas. I have to be honest the place could have been horribly cheesy (not that that's so bad sometimes.. lol..), but it was not! Great for the cold nights when your looking for something fun and low key to do. Super cute, gotta check this place out..

and with a In and Out and YogurtLand in a 1 block radius (by the Henderson location) makes for a perfect night :)
