Located in the south west part of Las Vegas is the newest little sweet treat, Sweet Addiction.. The sign saying they served Thriftys ice cream is what actually lured me in. If you remember Thriftys drug store used to have the BEST ice cream and was stackable for your pleasure! Well Sweet Addiction is sure to quench your sugar cravings.. Besides the selection of the hard to find Thriftys ice cream they hand bake 10 flavors of amazing cookies each day, from tuxedo with white and black chocolate chips to their most famous brownie cookie they are delectable! And they make custom ice cream sandwiches!!

The new sister restaurant to LBS Burger Joint (Red Rock Resort) is now open. Located upstairs inside The Cosmo with the other restaurants and shops this venue is sure to stand on its own. With the homey feel and the fantastic take on comfort food, its sure to warm the belly with happiness. A couple of my favorites are the chopped salad, sweet potato fries and of course the turkey mini sliders.

Being born and raised in Southern California, I was literally brought up on Mexican food. It is for sure my favorite of all foods. Basically, I'm always looking for new and great Mexican restaurants! (more on the authentic side). Well there is a new favorite in town, Cabo Wabo at Planet Hollywood smack in the middle of the strip. With half of the venue outside on the strip, its fantastic for the warmer season for a great night or even day scene. Great food, great drinks, great service and great atmosphere. My favorite the chicken fajitas with a side of fresh guacamole and the fresh fish tacos.

Las Vegas is known for many things and shopping is definitely one of them. With every designer from all over the world having a "spot" on the strip it makes for a fashion frenzy! Having said that there are also many "one of a kind" boutiques, department stores and regular chain stores as well.
On the Strip:

(ALDO Shoe Outlet!! Need I say more..)

The winner with over 90% of the vote! LBS Burger Joint in Red Rock Resort and Casino! If you have not tried it you better get down there. My favorite, the turkey sliders with herb-mayo and cucumber.. to die for! Cookie crumble malt shake and some warm pretzels to start and you will go home happy in a food coma!
